We offer these capabilities through the following service packages. We call them "Accelerators" because we gear our action plans to accomplish the desired results within 90 to 180 days.

China Market Accelerator - Through this process we help our foreign partners build their distribution or other indirect sales channels in China. It includes market and channel assessments, channel selection, site and technical qualification and negotiations leading to an agreement. Once this process is completed, AsiaDemand can continue to represent the Client's interests in China.

China Product Sourcing Accelerator - Here we enable China sourcing to become an easy and efficient process. Our services include vendor qualification and selection, pick, pack and ship operations, continuing oversight and outbound logistics. We help qualify, develop and manage manufacturing and assembly partners where needed.

Technology/Process Transfer Accelerator - Our industrial and government relationships provide great insight into government initiatives and Chinese industrial growth strategies requiring specific technologies and processes. Once, an opportunity is identified, we assist our foreign partner to assess the IP protection issues, provide information into the Chinese counter party's capabilities, arrange for site and technical meetings and bi-lateral due diligence and can utilize our resources to localize and gain any necessary government clearances. We are also experienced in utilizing commercial offsets to accelerate tech transfer opportunities.

Financing - In certain situations, AsiaDemand can arrange for local China financing of manufacturing or sourcing operations based upon client purchase commitments.
